Contact · work, press, collaborations

The cleanest way in is through management.

English, Polish, Korean and Japanese are all fine.

When you write, please include

  • · Who you are and where you're based
  • · What the project is
  • · Timelines and budget range, if relevant
  • · Anything important about safety, access, or set conditions

Please do not turn a private account into a booking office. Work goes through management and my guardians, where it can be checked properly.

If you meet me

Talk to the person, not the tablet.

I hear fine, so speak normally. These small habits make an ordinary conversation much easier.

01Give the sentence time

Let me finish typing. The pause is part of the conversation, not an empty space to fill.

02Keep looking at me

The device says my words aloud, but it is a tool. I am the person answering you.

03Ask before touch

That includes hugs, hair, hands and helping with my communication device.

04Make plans clear

Clear details, advance warning and a quieter one-to-one plan are usually easier than surprises. They can be spoken; my hearing is fine.

05If I freeze

Stop the rapid questions, give me space and involve a trusted adult if help is needed.

06If the battery dies

I can still use a phone, paper, gestures, signs and a very expressive face.

If a moment gets awkward

You interrupted

Say sorry and let me finish. No long guilt speech required.

I need quiet

Do not turn it into a test of whether I like you. My brain may simply be full.

You did not understand

Ask one clear question. Do not pretend, guess for me or pass my answer to somebody else.

Official channels

Where to actually find me.

These are the accounts I actually use with my team. If an account is not here, it is not me, however convincing the username looks.

What happens next

The reply timeline.

I do not sit refreshing this inbox myself. Two adults, including a guardian, read the messages and sort them into work, press, writing and kind notes. This is roughly what happens next.

  1. 01

    Within 48 hours

You should get a real reply confirming that the message arrived and saying where it has gone next.

  2. 02

    Within 5 working days

Press and writing enquiries usually receive next steps, questions or a polite no. When the reason can be shared, it is.

  3. 03

    Within 10 working days

Booking enquiries usually receive availability, rates and the questions needed to see whether the job really fits. Contracts and safety details come after that.

  4. 04

    For kind notes

The team cannot answer every kind note, but I do read them. They matter. They also do not need to call me inspiring for getting out of bed.

  5. 05

    If you don’t hear back

Please resend after ten working days. Spam filters exist and my management would rather see a duplicate than miss you.

A note on tone

Write as if you are writing to a person, not approaching a rare woodland animal. You do not need to be delicate. Clear details make a reply much easier.

If it’s urgent press

Put “PRESS · deadline [date]” in the subject. That lets management see the real deadline. Using it when there is no press deadline mostly proves that capital letters work.

If you’re a young person

You can just write. You don’t need a company, a title, or a project. Say hi, say where you’re writing from, and ask what you want to ask. Those messages get read too.
